Finish - Unfinished Jobs you have started:
We are all guilty of starting jobs and never seem to be able to finish them for one reason or another. If you don't mind someone else finishing what you start, then I'm your man.
Drywall - Installed, Taped, Finished and Sanded:
I am a semi-retired Drywall sub-contractor who isn't ready to retire just yet, so I am specializing in sheetrock repairs and additions (which most drywall companies don't want or have time to do).
Odd Jobs and Repairs:
A lot of repairs may consist of concrete work, carpenter work, plumbing, electrical, and sheetrock work, so some contractors don't have the time or people to do the work. Let me look at it.
Plumbing:
I will do plumbing repair work such as replacing or fixing leaky faucets and broken pvc pipes. In a years' time, a running toilet can leak enough water to fill a swimming pool. I can fix leaking toilets, faucets, sink drains and most water pipes.
Electrical:
I can do some electrical repairs. Replace fixtures, switches and recepticles and some minor wiring, saving you time and money on an electricians' fee.
Carpenter work:
I will do carpenter work and repairs of all types.
Concrete and Block work:
I will do some concrete, block, rock, brick and/or stucco work, too small for regular contractors.
Roach Proof your Home, Apartment or Office:
I will get rid of the roaches in your home, apartment or office. Even your cars, trucks and vans can be infested with these nasty little creatures.
A one-time treatment will rid your home, apartment, townhouse, office, storage building or vehicles of all roaches.
Kill Grass and Weeds on your Gravel Diveway and sidewalks:
With all the rain and flash flooding we have had in middle Tennessee, the weeds have taken over everything, including your Gravel Driveway and Walkways. I will come to your home or place of business and spray "Roundup" weed killer on the weeds and unwanted grass on your Driveway, Sidewalks and Graveled Parking Areas.
